Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved and directed to the correct fulfillment location.

Crown Dynamix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and secure delivery locations.
