Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Every order includes tracked shipping so you can follow your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Crown Dynamix offers free tracked shipping worldwide on every order.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
To provide the fastest and most reliable delivery, Crown Dynamix products may ship from multiple fulfillment centers within our global logistics network. This means items in the same order—such as phone cases and screen protectors—may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory location and processing times.
Each shipment will include its own tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive within a few days of each other.
Will I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Yes. If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number which will be sent to your email once the items are dispatched.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, fulfillment begins immediately in order to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been submitted.
